Personally Identifiable Information
R Allott Ltd collect personally identifiable information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or other information when it is voluntarily submitted to us on this site via the contact form. We will use the information to contact you in relation to your inquiry; improve our level of service; the content of our web site and for our own internal record keeping. If you use the contact form please note that it is hosted within the Weebly.com platform where a copy will be stored in R Allott Ltd's secure Weebly account and treated in accordance with this privacy policy. ​

Under relevant data protection legislation (the Data Protection Act 2018 in the UK you are entitled to obtain from R Allott Ltd. (the Data Controller for the purposes of the data protection legislation) details of the data held concerning you and to have any inaccuracies in this data rectified. In line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2018) you also have the right to request that all your information to be removed from our records. Non-Personally Identifiable Information
R Allott Ltd. also collects non-personally identifiable information in aggregate form to track data such as the total number of visits to our web sites, the number of visitors to each page of our web sites, and the domain names of our visitors' internet service providers.
