Organisational Development Project Management
I provide a professional Organisational Development (OD) resource to cover interim skills shortages, or to manage short term projects. I have extensive experience in both public and private sector organisations. I work independently, or as an integrated member of the team, to provide hands on:
- Project management of OD change projects - from designing the organisational structures, to supporting the staff through transition.
- Design of strategic learning, talent and development activities - from developing highly effective business leaders, to the delivery of workforce wide skills programmes.
- Implementation of HR/OD policies and practices across the business - from roll out, to evaluation.
For many organisations change has lead to leaner and more focused HR/OD departments within the company. Sometimes new projects or specialist activities arise and there is a lack of internal resource to take this extra work forward, this is where I can help.
